Good morning. I ordered restaurant take-out for my family last night to celebrate my son's birthday. I'm really not hungry, nor tempted. I thought I'd try some chicken (breast) as the pieces were small and tender. I took one each from my son and daughter and two from the birthday boy with a bit of his sundried tomato, peppers and mushrooms. All in all, it was less than 1/4 cup. I cut small pieces, chewed well and ate slowly. My daughter said, "You should see your face", I guess I really enjoyed the "real" food. No trouble and I was completely satisfied.
B - Protein shake and large black decaf.
S - Skyr yogurt and applesauce
L - The last of the crab/mushroom bake (was to be dinner last night)
S - Skyr yogurt and applesauce
D - 1/4 cup baked salmon with some of the yummy sauce I saved from Michael's Penne California. I drained the oil from it and put it into Tupperware. He laughed and thought I was nuts.

Good afternoon Pat and everyone. I am a little late to the party, but I got so much done this morning. This morning I went swimming, shopping for a new bathing suit, visited the neighbour, did grocery shopping, and now I'm heading off to a meeting then gardening if the weather holds.
Pat I hope you don't fall asleep during meditation too, lol. I have done that and let out a little snort that woke me up to look around and see everyone staring at me.

It definitely challenges you to work harder. I really liked the concept. I am exhausted tonight, I am just not used to it.
