What are you eating/doing Wednesday?
I didn't think I would be able to but I tried it 6 weeks ago and it all came back. I wanted to be body positive for my daughter who started doing competitive synchro this year.

Hi all,
Kind of a weird day here for me today. I was supposed to have a telehealth meeting with my nurse in Sudbury for my 3 month post op and I got stuck in traffic because there was a bad accident at the intersection I needed to cross, and it was blocked with emergency vehicles and nobody could pass for over a a half hour. I sure hope the people involved are OK. I was only 10 minutes late (I left really early) for the telehealth appointment but the nurse didn't wait for me, so that was a wasted trip. I had my swim bag already packed so decided to swim early today. I did laps for an hour and then did various water exercises/tread water in the deep end for 20 minutes, and sat in the hot tub for a bit, so that was nice.
Breakfast: Premier Protein shake
Lunch: Ham
Supper: Chicken and green beans
Snack: Strawberries and 3 tbsp calorie wise cool whip

What a drag you missed your appointment. When I had my first OTN appointment, I went to the hospital in Midland instead of the clinic and was 15 minutes late. The gal was able to get us connected and I started the visit out of breath and totally apologetic. Traffic happens and even leaving early doesn't help. Laps for an hour - way to go. You're doing great Kathy.

I love swimming, and it's a good work out easy on ur joints. Makes me really hungry afterwards.. I lived close to Hiawatha so every summer almost everyday I would be there swimming doing laps across the lake, then had to walk up all those stairs, the last time I visit made sure I went to Hiawatha it's a shame how they haven't kept up on it.. The stairs are gone I would of loved to run them this summer.

The stairs have been gone for ages, and the little lake usually has signs up warning against swimming, unfortunately. I remember swimming there when I was younger and really loved it.
Luckily, we have a camp out at Goulais Bay, but gosh, the water is cold there, lol. We sometimes drive to Harmony or Batchewana Beaches because it's so much warmer there. Same lake, different bays, different temps.
