WoooHoooo the weekend is here! Off to the gym this morning then to work. Been so bored there lately it's tough putting in 8 hours. Run at lunch time hopefully outside.
B - 1 slice raisin toast, 1 plum
B2 - premier protein shake, (workout recovery)

L - shepherds pie
S - lilydale turkey, old cheddar
D - chicken with sautéed peppers and onions

Morning, it's been busy week. Had my 1 year with the Humber clinic on Tuesday. They said I am success really happy with my progress. Dietitian change up my diet because I have severe constipation so I will see if that will work I have tried everything else.. Wednesday and Thursday I was training for work new program. The morning because to my store ugh so much work to catch up on.

Shopping in the states yesterday was a success!! I ended up with 41 containers of light and fit yogurt. It drives my SO crazy when I fill the fridge with all those little containers. They fall all over the place :) I also did pretty well with staying away from bad treaty things.
I was wondering if people would be interested in a list of what I actually picked up yesterday in the states.
Today I have to run to the grocery store to pick up regular pudding. I somehow ran out and have been waiting for it to go on sale.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - leftover chicken and sausage
Snack - yogurt, yogurt, yogurt ;)
Dinner - beef and veg
Snack - hopefully pudding
All water and vits.

Getting into the swing of things. Made the Ricotta Bake last night and really enjoyed it. Brought it for lunch today.
B - Protein shake
S - 1/4 cup of applesauce with 1/4 cup of Skyr
L - Ricotta Bake
S - 1/4 cup of applesauce with 1/4 cup of Skyr
D - 1/2 filet of tilapia and 1/4 cup stewed tomatoes
All vitamins, 80 gr. of water, 74 gr. of Protein, 575 calories
