Welcome Linda. Your menu looks perfect. All the fixings is chia, buckwheat, hemp, sometimes flax, sometimes protein powder, chopped prunes, sometimes walnuts. I add these things to a container of SKYR plain yogurt and it helps to keep me regular which can definitely be a problem for post-ops. I let it sit in the fridge overnight and the chia and other seeds swell up. This batch will last me for most of the week. I like to change up the flavours every week or I would get bored. I just add a different flavour of protein powder or some PB2 powdered peanut butter with chocolate for a peanut butter cup flavour.

You are too newly post-op to have seeds yet. I think Guelph said to wait 3 months post-op before you try seeds or nuts.
