DAY 8 OPTI
You are doing well and everyone is different. I lost 10 lbs. in 14 days of Opti and a male friend lost 30 lbs. in 21 days. I keep repeating - "Let's be realistic". Almost a pound a day is pretty fantastic. If you're sticking to it and doing as you should, AND losing, give yourself a pat on the back and be happy. We have been given such an exciting opportunity.

You're doing great!
I only lost 6 Lbs on my first week of Opti. Then I lost 13.2 Lbs my second week, and only 3.8 Lbs my third week. I didn't cheat at all.
We're all different, and things like water retention and constipation can affect weight. I knew I wasn't losing as fast or as much as others did on opti but I was thrilled anyway because there's no way I cold have lost 23 Lbs in 3 weeks on my own without it.
This is only the start of your journey, and you're doing great already!

You're doing great at nearly 1 lb a day. You'll lose more. Keep slugging away the water as well and it'll help. I ignored the 300ml amount with the shakes and used 1L just to boost the water intake. Sure it diluted the stuff a lot, but I just did it. I think that, plus 2L of water min per day was my "recipe" for the week. I was only given 1 week of Opti and dropped almost 10 lbs in 7 days, so the rate (a little over 1 lb a day average) is pretty darn close. Opti and water, that was it. No veggies, no broth, nothing else. By the 2nd day I wasn't having a tough time, I just kept reminding myself that it was all worth it.
You can do it, you've got this.
Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.
