Your menu looks pretty good for being stuck in a board room. That's amazing that you are only 2 months post-op and have started running.

Morning, again it's been a while. Things just seem to get insane around here. I indulged in chocolate this weekend it was way way to good. I still can't seem to lose those 10-15lbs (depending on who's scale I look at)

School is slowing down, I have 2 more exams and then I'm done until September. I'm going to be taking an online elective over the summer though so I don't have to do it next year. I'm also going to read through and get familiar with whatever I can before next year to try to make things a bit easier.

I'm also trying to harass my optometrist about information he was supposed to send me almost a week ago. If I have to make a trip south then I have to have time to plan, plus it's going to mess with my finding a summer job I'm sure. I wish my eyes could just be normal! Potential eye surgery is terrifying! It's very frustrating waiting for things when it's things I will have to plan out and affects me for months!

I'm trying to get back on the horse and lose those pounds, and if I'm luck a few more. I just want to get under 150. hahaha.

I have no idea on my eating today, I intended to make chickpea cookies but I'm missing a key ingredient so they've had to wait. I'm also thinking of adding a little bread crumbs to coat some chicken breast and making chicken fingers of a sort. So far this is the plan...

Breakfast: Milk with GNC protein powder added (this is the only powdered on I can handle) 1 scoop which is half a serving.

Lunch: Likely the same as I have class this afternoon I'll just take a shake with me. and a bit of cheese. Probably 1-2oz

Snack: I am entirely having a med. Tim Horton's iced coffee without the sugar and adding stevia. This is my treat and comes in around 85 cal.

Supper: Plan is chicken of some sort (possibly lightly breaded) and snow peas.

I'm trying really hard to get back to drinking more water, I find lately I'm barely drinking anything.

I'm also really needing to learn to exercise more than just walking and the little I do at home. I can't afford to go to a gym though, so I'm open to suggestions!

Occasionally i will get the Tim Horton's Iced Coffee, but I always ask for "no base" as the base they put in it is loaded with sugar. I just add my own sweetener. Unfortunately in Canada they don't do decaf iced coffee, but the Tim's in the US does.

If you are good at self-motivation (I am not) there are a ton of workout videos on Youtube. They have cardio, yoga, pilates. They opened a Fit4Life near me and advertise that their biweekly rate is 4.99. Also, I think Goodlife is 10.00 per month. Buy a cheap bike at a yard sale and bike around your area. Don't go too far if you haven't been biking in a while (I'll never make that mistake again). You'll be surprised how quickly you build endurance and strength.

Sorry it's been a long while again.... things seem to get crazy and slow down and I dealt with a bought of depression. thank goodness I kicked that! I have had the ice coffee without the base, learned that trick last year, but yes it has caffeine, but it's my one treat.

Self motivation is often crummy... but it might be a good idea, I'm terribly out of shape and the sun up to sun down schedule of school and homework I have during the school year hasn't helped.
Unfortunately with my hip dysplasia and osteoarthritis... I can't ride a bike.. when I did physio last year they had to put me on the recombant bike because I couldn't get my right hip to move right to push the peddle down... I'd like to get a stationary one for home to work on that hip issue. Lol the fit4less around here is like $10+/month too... i think a friend said $12 and a $40 or 50$ joining fee.. and I have an insane fear of being watched... LOL. some things are harder to get over than others. I'm trying to start off with getting back into walking... but I feel mean not taking the dogs and I can't walk both at once as the younger one is a huge JERK and pulls... and he also has separation anxiety so I can't leave one home and take the other. Lol.... high maintenance dogs...

I'm still visit/taking care of grandma, and I"m doing this years elective online... though I'm not sure the course i chose is a very good choice for online learning!
