Truly miserable day out there. Glad I was warned about the play last night. Aside form the swearing it was pretty good. Definite over use of the F bomb.
Hope to go swimming today. It has been awhile.

Once again I am later posting today, but it has been one of those busy days. Have a few more errands to run today, and then I can relax this evening.
My eats today at 2.5 years post-op are:
Decaf coffee with Premier Protein Vanilla used as creamer/sweetener
Decaf coffee protein shake
Had lunch with a friend and had sashimi, miso soup and salad
Dinner will be leftover lunch
SKYR yogurt with all the fixin's

breakfast: 3/4 cup greek yogurt with 1 tbsp. sugar free jam and restoralax
snack: 1/2 protein drink
lunch: 1/4 cup tuna, 6 rice crackers (snack pak from Costco), 1/2 protein drink
snack: 10 Breton mini crackers with hummus
dinner: 1 skewer chicken with 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
snack: (wish I brought some pudding with me to the hotel) - tuna or chicken
exercise: 45 mins on treadmill

Stressful week at work :( not enjoying the rain...but looking forward to my weekend and my Dexa scan. Diet was my usual...though I have slightly upped my calories.
