Post Op 11-3/4 months
Good morning gang! This is going to be some day. I've been awake since 3:00 up since 4:30.....
Working for a few hours this morning then heading to Windsor for my one year follow up. We'll see what they have to say about my bloodwork. I think it's okay but I do have a concern with a couple of the tests, hopefully they're unfounded.
So a weird menu day because of my drive and appts. On the road for 11:00 to get to Windsor for 1:00, so morning snack/lunch in the truck. Afternoon snack will be at the clinic or on the drive back, I did the best I could considering. Will go to the gym on my way home.
Eats today:
B - skyr yogurt with coconut clusters
S - deli turkey with mustard, fresh strawberries
L - premier protein shake
S - pemeal bacon
D - hamburger patty with lettuce, cheese, mustard, ketchup
Cal 854, carbs 22 protein 110
Have a great Thursday everyone!

Thinking about getting an owl, for ongoing weight loss as owl is the short form. Having the owl flying away with few feathers falling to represent the weight loss. I want to put a short quote two or three words have couple picked out but not sure what one to go with. Also I want to put my surgery date into one of the feathers if it's possible..

I have a suggestion if you can fit it in your tattoo. How about the word courage. Courage that it took to make the decision to change your life. Courage that it will take to continue to make the changes that are necessary in the future. Courage to learn to fly and be that person that you want to be, and believe you can be.

Good morning :)
I have a super fun day planned. Groceries this morning and then off to the dentist to have some fillings repaired. Apparently my previous dentist did a horrible job -- one filling doesn't touch my tooth at the bottom, another one is actually bigger than my tooth. It is so damaged they think I may end up getting a root canal, but they are going to try something else first.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - chili, cheese
Snack - pepperette, pickles
Dinner - beef, veg (depending on how my teeth feel)
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
I need 5 filling replaced for the same reason. 3 down..2 to go next week. Getting to know my new dentist very well...
