One week to go!
Can't believe in one week's time I will be recovering or just about to go in for surgery. Getting everything organized for the first week afterwards.
Pre-op is tomorrow morning, and then I need to go see the thrombosis clinic next Tuesday morning to see where my levels are. If they aren't low enough they will give me a shot of vitamin K. I am stopping my warfarin tomorrow evening.
