Trio appt in Guelph tomorrow
Hi all,
I have my trio appointment in Guelph tomorrow. I am very nervous and dont know what to expect. I have studied the sheets but I'm worried that when put on the spot I will blank.
I have read some of the other topics on trio appointments but couldn't find much from anyone in Guelph. I am just hoping to get some feedback on others experience, hopefully to calm my nerves.
Referral Nov 29, 2016: Orientation Jan 12, 2017: Nurse Feb 6, 2017: Dietitian and SW March 3, 2017: Trio April 5, 2017-cleared for surgery: Meet the Surgeon April 12, 2017: Post op Nutrition class May 8, 2017: RNY Surgery May 9, 2017
HW: 306(day of referral) CW: 172 Height: 5'6
They are very nice in Guelph. Answer their questions honestly, take notes, and affirm that you are eager to change to become healthier.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
