Android apps for tracking food?

Are there any apps available for Android where I can input what and how much I am eating that will calculate calories and protein etc for me?

For example, if I input that for lunch I had 1/4 cup of soup + 1/3 cup premier protein + 3 tablespoons of plain fat free yogurt...I want to know the counts of it all.

Thoughts? Thanks!

Hi Jen,

I'm bounding back and forth from My Fitness Pal (which I have used for the past year), and Baritastic which was recommended at TWH and is targeted to those who have had weight loss surgery. Both are free apps and work well. I just haven't decided which one I prefer. You can also scan labels which is both easy and accurate.

Best of luck,

Linda
