Jell-O sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix?

Thank you! I didn't know they had physical stores. I googled it and there's one only 15 minutes from my house !

Sometimes I mix the SF cheesecake pudding with Greek Yogurt (or SKYR)instead of water or milk to up the protein and make it thicker more like a cheesecake parfait when I layer it with some SF jam. Less of a slider food when I prepare it this way. I would have this as a meal instead of dessert.

The only caution I have is that some people will find it triggers cravings when they eat SF treats. If you find this is the case for you, avoid them completely until after you reach goal, and then have them only occasionally to avoid regain.
