What are you eating/doing Friday?
Post Op 11-1/2 months
TGIF Morning Menu Gang, finally the end of the week. Another gross grey and wet day in store, and another boring day at work. The indoor track is closed today an I'm not running in the rain. Will go to the gym after work and do some time on the treadmill....post workout day 2, that's when the pain settles in. My legs are so sore, but that's a good thing, I guess, means I did some work the other day.
Anyway eats today:
B - premier protein chocolate
S - 4 slices deli turkey with mustard
L - 1-1/2 turkey sausages
S - 2 hard boiled eggs
D - 2 ribs
Total - Cal 916, carbs 12, protein 114
Have an awesome Friday.
Good morning :)
My day of nothing yesterday did not go as planned -- the bathroom contractor sent a guy to do all the final touch-ups, so it is finally finished after 2.5 months. We want to do the kitchen next but will be doing it ourselves. I'm going to take a nice long break from renovations.
Today I have physio and then we are going to my aunt's house for dinner.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - chicken and veg
Snack - cheese, pepperette
Dinner - tbd
Snack - pudding if needed
All water and vits.
Whoohoo - party in Meg's new bathroom.

Late posting today. Off Fridays thank goodness. Sinus issues back and Dr finally referring me to Ear/throat doc. Looking forward to some help. Have to have another blood test. Diabetes seems to be coming back. Probably a combination of poor eating last December and age/genetics. I need to get back to basics to get healthier.

Stay dry everyone
Pat I just read that avocados have more potassium than a banana. That might help with keeping your blood sugars down in the morning when they are usually high. Also the good fat in them might help with joint health.

Good afternoon everyone. Lots on the go this morning and I have banking and errands to run this afternoon. DH and I are going out for dinner tonight, but truthfully I am not feeling it. Maybe I'll just get a salad and bring my own dressing.
The eats today are not good. Woke up with an upset pouch, so I'm going to take it easy today and see how I feel this evening. Maybe salad, maybe soup, maybe just a decaf coffee and have a Premier Shake when I get home.
Have a great Friday everyone.
