Yikes!

Ever since I was referred in January, I have been talking to my brother to get him to think about the surgery. He went to his Dr last week and was referred. He got his package today for an orientation in May! It took almost 4 months to get mine. He's bigger than me with knee troubles so that may be why he got the push. This will probably work out well as maybe we will be going thru it at more or less the same time and can compare notes!

My bro has a lot more health troubles and he's a smoker so that's got to go right away. I told him we will be getting our lives back. Putting on socks will be a breeze!

that is great that you inspired your brother. Timing is different for everyone and sometimes it can seem unfair but in the long run - you will both be able to support each other AND get healthy for many years of family time to come ... great job!
