Back from a very decadent vacation in Jamaica. I managed to gain back the weight I lost before I left. Mostly probably from fruity drinks! So back to better eating today.
First day back to work so stressful and busy. Home tonight. My son and his family as well as my daughter are coming for dinner. DH is making fajitas. I will just have the filling.

Hey Pat, glad to see you back. Thank you for bringing the milder weather back with you. Fruity drinks are silent but deadly. My neighbour used to make me ones with frozen fruit and rum (nothing else). I would be singing half way through the drink.
