Happy Dance @ 5AM!!
on 3/17/17 12:23 pm
I work as a PSW in a nursing home, we are provided with our scrubs and the last time they were handed them out they were on the small side, I wasn't the only one who found this and it turned out that a few of my smaller co-workers were freaking out that they had to bump up from a extra small to a small. I was like "REALLY" So anyways, I kept my XXL scrubs that fit like a small XL and waited for them to fit. Kind of a dumb idea but I was too embarrassed to ask for a bigger size. This past Tuesday I remembered that I had those scrubs packed away for when I had lost a few pounds, so I put them on and they fit with room to spare, I was doing a happy dance in my washroom at 5AM trying not to wake my husband LOL. Looking forward to many more happy dances!!
I'm so happy for you. Isn't it more fun to look forward to clothes fitting better and more energy than a bag of chips? Keeping my eye on the prize; the work is worth it.
