WHAT I HAVE LEARNED ON OPTI
Thank you. It's all about the fun and celebrating the little things. There are always enough challenges coming our way.

I loved my vanilla opti best, and really looked forward to it, lol. You've got a great attitude, and awesome sense of humor!
Good luck with your surgery!

Wishing you the very best next week! I hear ya about the bad breath, there is no amount of toothpaste or mouthwash to mask it lol.
Thank you Sonja. My husband bought me a large bottle of Scope and put it in a gift bag (lol).
If we don't chat before hand, I wish you the best with your surgery and will touch base with you when you get home and you're able. We'll sip, walk and toot together long distance.

Looks like you got everything correct. I was on for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I could have stayed on for a couple weeks more. Just to know that it was as easy as making and drinking a shake in comparison to having to think of what you will make is so much easier.
Good Luck! Can't wait to get an update from you.

Thank you Veronica. I know I will be on liquids for a full-week, then full liquids. I'm going back to work after two weeks, so planning is important. The information I get from this site is great. I have no concerns that I won't bounce back without any trouble. I know I'm in good hands.

You will certainly be ready for work. I know I was. I thought I would take the three weeks off since I own my own business. Guess what I was meeting with clients by the end of the week. I was fine and enjoyed getting the distraction from not having anything to do. I am usually a busy body so not having anything to do made me nuts.
You will do great!

Compared to the Whey Protein powder I use now, I preferred the taste of Opti. I find the Premier Protein tastes more like the Opti did.
Bottom Line, through these posts, Newbies need to know that being on Opti is not all that bad really. In fact there is nothing to worry about unless you absolutely cannot tolerate the taste.
I might add to your excellent list, to never trust an Opti fart.
