WHAT I HAVE LEARNED ON OPTI
- It is easy to make and there is no planning
- It does not taste half bad and it is filling
- Lorann oils have no stoppers, Would you like some vanilla with your raspberry?
- Inexpensive, personal blenders are wonderful
- You may become constipated - Just call me Pebbles
- Your breath smells like poop
- I prefer chocolate and would suggest they make caramel
- I am tempted by pickles
- My internal alarm is now set for four hours
- The last step prepares you well for surgery
- I have a great deal of respect for those who are on Opti for 12 weeks and have no complaints
Bag packed and ready to go.

You have to have a sense of humour and when my grandson told me my mouth smelled like poop, laugh I did.

Linda,
So excited for you. You are on the home stretch. I was like you with constipation many are the opposite. I had to take Metamucil 2xo a day in order to help....and you can take restoralax as well and that stuff does work and has no taste.
Now you know what I mean that they are so filling.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
Laura
Happy St. Paddy's Day to you as well. I'm taking Benefibre - one tablespoon, three out of four shakes and still only going once every two days with difficulty. I never understood why men hang out in the bathroom so long when I want to go and get quickly (lol). I'm thinking I may need more help, but I'll see.
Enjoy the sunshine!

I'm on the opti now too. and i find that i too favour the chocolate.
wish i hadn't ordered half vanilla.
nothing cuts the "OPTI" taste i find.
but yes it is quite true it does prepare you for surgery.
I put together my recovery kit to take to my mums this weekend. i will not see her or go to her place till after surgery so i need to get it all out there this weekend.
GOOD LUCK!!
Thank you. I'm glad you're going ahead with your surgery and wish you, and your dad, the very best.
