Working today. Training which is supposed to end at 3pm so I'm hoping it does or earlier as my son had the stomach flu last night and didn't sleep much. My husband is gone to Ottawa and I have to be at work. My 13 year old niece is watching my kids. My son is more concerned about playing hockey this weekend in his playdowns rather than being sick. Going to grab some Lysol wipes so I can wipe down the house when I get home. Yuck. I don't want to miss his games either.

I ate chicken yesterday and it stayed down and was fine! Exciting for me!!!

He played with a broken finger last year (we didn't think it was broken until we got home) so he's tough and would play through whatever if we let him.

Im really hoping no one else catches it but I'm sure my daughter will which won't be fun.

Hello Everyone!! I'm back in the great white north!! Been a busy morning getting caught up at work. I'm off tomorrow for St. Paddy's day, so I need to get my work done today! My cousin flew in from Ireland yesterday so going to be a fun day!

This weekend I need to do some serious grocery shopping and meal prep. Back to protein, protein, protein. Got home at midnight last night and up for work this morning. My Trucker, bless his soul, prepared my lunch and snacks....but he forgot the protein. Oh there's some cheese and boiled eggs but no meat. He said to me, I don't know what we're having for supper and I just blurt out POT ROAST!

Will track what I eat today but up in the air so I won't show it here. I will get back in the groove by Monday for sure. I got some YUMMY protein bars in Mexico, just made locally from all natural ingredients. Not the best stats, 400 cal to 20 gr protein, but yummy to break up a hunk and throw it in my yogurt. It's just peanut butter, honey, whey protein powder, amaranth, chia, oatmeal, peanuts and almonds. Delicious. I brought a few back with me and there's an email address on the package so I might be able to get them to ship some.

I refuse to get on the scale until at least Monday. Going to use the weekend to reset and get rid of the retention and bloat!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

breakfast: 1/2 cup greek yogurt

snack: 1/2 cup apple sauce

lunch: 1/4 cup ricotta bake

snack: 1 cup chicken broth

dinner: 1/4 cup ricotta bake

snack: 1/2 cup low fat white chocolate pudding

Happy Thursday everyone. Man, this week has been a slllllllloooooowwwww weight loss week and so was last week. I've been gaining and losing the same .4 lbs since the weekend started...I just noticed i'm due for my period in a week and a half and that will mean gain so this month is looking like it will be in the crapper for me...I assumed slower this month (set a 6lb goal) but not this slow....hopefully i'm just being neurotic and I'll have a big woosh any minute.

Have upped my steps a week and a half ago and averaging over 16k steps a day for this week so far.

b-overnight oats (with apple)

s-1/2 portion of oats

l-my thai shrimp salad with peanut dressing

s-butterscotch chia pudding

d-thai shrimp salad again (late working day so eating at work).

water has been 3.5-4 litres a day

am going to hit my macros bang on today 917 calories 35% carb (83 grams) 25% fat (26 grams) 40% protein (94 grams). 27 grams of fiber.
