10 weeks post op, are olives okay? Just one or two with my lunch to give me that 'salty' flavour I need.

Let me know your thoughts/advice?

I use to love olives before surgery but now I don't care for them too salty.. it should be ok just chew very well.

I put olives and pickles in the raw veggie category which for us started around three months out. I would mostly be scared of the tough skins on them... Everyone is different though :)

I was eating olives during the soft food stage, I would cut them up finely and add them to my chicken salad. Now I can eat them as is, but I limit it to once a week because pre surgery I could sit spans eat a jar as others would eat a bag of chips

I'm about 12 weeks out and LOVE olives. Just one or two, but so yummy. Pickles too :)
