Approved!...but...

My dietitian approved me this week -- yay! But I'm still waiting on an endoscopy. It was ordered at the end of January, and I haven't heard back yet. I've been harassing my clinic to find out about, and they said the hospital should call me back within a week.

Has anyone gone through this? I'm wondering how long I'll have to wait once they do call. I'm trying to be patient, but I'm by nature very impatient. :/

I am in Ottawa and going through the Ottawa Hospital program. I got my call for my Dietician and behaviourist shortly after my Class 1 and when I spoke to them I asked about my scope and got in the next week for it.

Not sure who you are going through but for me it was fast.

Thanks for sharing! I got the call this week and am going in a couple of weeks. I'm going through BMI. I'm hoping that means I'll be having surgery sometime in early summer. The waiting is torture!

What is this endoscopy? Do they put a camera down your throats?
