Cinderz your menu is perfect. Good for you for still walking 5k a day while sick. Also 80lbs in 14 weeks is awesome. You have to be feeling stronger and lighter.

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

I'm definitely feeling better, lighter and stronger then I have in I can't even tell you how many years. A year ago a walk to the store was almost impossible and now I can do 5k without having to sit down, sick or not, lol, that's something to be proud of. I'm never sure of my menu, I quit the premier protein and have been adding in veggies and fruit as my dietician suggested, I tend to stick with the same things, but this works for me. :-)
