Awesome recipe sharing Facebook group lead by Patricia who had WLS in June or Jully and who is trained in nutrition. You can see her WLS-friendly recipes in the Photo Album of the group. Go to "My Bariatric Kitchen" on Facebook and ask to join. You won't regret it.

You will see though that the people mention a few products we don't have in Canada. I made a list of a few items and went for a drive in Watertown to get some of them and try them out ;-) Next time I'll go to Ogdensburg since it's much closer and hope to see those items there.
