First post op appointment day 23!
Well today was the day that I meet back with the baractric clinic here in Windsor since my surgery to see how well I have done! Starting weight 283lbs, surgery weight 268lbs, today current weight 249.6lbs! That is a 18.4lbs difference since my surgery date! They r very happy with the results today at the clinic and so am I. I am so scared of weight gain it's unbelievable but I'm sure this is normal!

That's great news about how much you've lost so far! I'm sure its normal to feel scared of weight gain.
I'm going through Windsor to, and my surgery is next week. What do you do at the three week post op appointment? Is it a class, or is it one on one? Do they expect you to bring anything like food journals, etc?
