I know you'll do fine. I do heavy lifting at work (parcels, not clients) and get really busy at times. I have not been hungry and have not even needed the broth. I'm drinking lots of water and decaf. tea. The first two days I was tired and had a bit of a headache. Now I'm full of energy. I bought a small personal blender for less than $16 for work and it works great. I don't even feel head hunger. It's all worth it. Best of luck.

I'm new at this and am just waiting for my first nutrition appointment in May in Hamilton. I notice in your post you said you had some wine. Is this allowed? I thought it said 2 months with no alcohol, caffeine or pop.

Each Centre is different. I was not having any pop, including soda water, or any alcohol. The 2 ounces of white wine was a personal choice. I'm committed to the program and to being successful. I wish you well on your journey.
