Protein shakes!

I am a bit lazy... My go to is Costco Premiere Protein shakes. They are easy and ready to go.

30 grams of Protein. They are available in chocolate, vanilla & strawberry in the USA.

I like the chocolate. I am 9 weeks out and still have (2) daily as I am finding it hard tolerating meat. I am going to try strawberry while vacationing in Florida...
