Hey Keri, sorry to hear ur back in the hospital. Hope u remember me I was ur neighbor in November would love to catch up sometime. Was really nice meeting u but I wish wasn't in so much pain back then got to visit u before I left the hospital.

Referral received at hrrh Nov6/14, orientation March23/15, surgery April 11/16

I just had my surgery at Humber on March 3rd!
