Late start today. After our walk it will probably be a lazy day. It was so cold walking yesterday we cut it short.

Quick post as I'm heading out for the day

b - SKYR yogurt and 1 lean turkey pepperonI

s - 1/2 can of tuna with low fat mayo and diced pickle

l - same as snack

s - steamed veggies with cheese

d - Mexican chicken with low fat cheese, fat free sour cream and black beans

s - lean turkey pepperoni

cal - 553, protein - 71 carbs - 30 Fat - 17

Just checking in this afternoon. Had a busy morning walking the doggies, and then grocery shopping. Lots of meat in the cart for next week and I am going to start having a little salad on a more regular basis. Quiet afternoon, and then tonight we are going to a euchre tourney just around the corner at friends. Should be about 32 people there. Maybe win a little money, if I'm lucky.

Breakfast was a piece of peameal, scrambled egg and 1/2 a piece of toast

Lunch - leftover Chinese (chicken chop suey)

Dinner - maybe fish and salad ??

Taking meatballs to the party tonight so I won't eat too much at dinner so I can have a couple of snacks while out tonight.

My parents are in town my mom brought a bunch of her "fat" clothes...they are a size 8...grrr.

Too damn cold to do much. Went shopping with my mom, got lash extensions. Going out for dinner tonight. Weighed in at 180.2 today....really want to be in the 170's tomorrow.
