Woo hoo! You are home! Welcome to the loser's bench!

That is great!

What I have learned during this journey?

Be positive and follow the rules!

When the weight starts melting off? You will never ever regret this amazing chance and tool to better health and well being!

There will be up and downs BUT just stay the course.

Remember to:

SIP ? Walk ? TOOT ? REST ? REPEAT

Take care

You're doing great. Over the week build up to your levels. They don't expect it the first day but anticipate you'll be there at the end of the week. Protein goals and fluid levels will always be something you monitor . Just do what you can and keep aiming for the goals they have set for you. You can do it.

I felt like I was going to explode from the gas pain. I was never so happy to toot, in my life. The pain meds helped.

Also don't stress about getting your protein numbers in. It will come. Do what you can and each day it will get easier.

Welcome to your new life! Glad to see things went well and are getting better day by day. There will be up's and down's but keep working at it. The pay off is worth it.
