Ticker question

I have finally got around to adding my ticker at the bottom of my posts. However I can't figure out when people put stuff below to show a list of their appointments, highest weight, etc, how to do that.

Help would be appreicated. Thanks.

Orientation April 2016 - Final approvals December 2016. Surgical Class January 23, 2017. Met with Dr. Reed February 7, 2017. Opti start date March 1, 2017. Surgery March 15, 2017 (Dr. Foute-Nelong).

I tried to do the ticker at the bottom and I can't figure out how to put your weight that u have lost in it! I have my starting weight but not the weight I have lost? So I deleted it!
