9 month post op update - Goal reached!
Congratulations! you give me hope that I can do it. I'm just 8lbs away from being overweight and 22 to go to get to my 100lbs down goal...it feels very far away!

I am so happy for you, and you are truly an inspiration to us all. As a pre surgeryer I appreciate the updates and as someone whose stats are almost identical to yours, sizes and BMI, you give me hope in this journey. I am taking this pre op time to peel the weight off pond by painful pound but more importantly try to change life long habits that got me here in the first place. THANKS!

Someone on one of the other boards puts it this way... "I lost one pound one hundred and fifteen times" which I think it amazing. It's true - we lose it one pound at a time and each pound lost we've worked for! Good for you for the work you're doing so far and hang in there - help is on the way :)

At 9mths you still have lots of losing time ahead, you are right..it slows down a lot near the finish line. No reason why you can't reach that next goal.....just keep your eye on the prize and keep doing what your doing !!!
