What are you eating/doing Wednesday?
Good morning :)
The workshop went well last night, but I'm very tired after two late nights in a row. I'm off to school today and then I'm off campus for about two weeks. This has been a very strange term. I'll be glad when it wraps up.
I've now passed my oh crap point and I need to get my head in the game. Sleep, good food, exercise, and staying busy. Those are my goals.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - egg sandwich
Snack - yogurt, pepperette
Dinner - unknown
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Hi All!!
I've been struggling to post on this thread because I'm never organized to know what I will be eating. Now that I need to pack up food the night before, it will be easier.
I'm not going by breakfast, lunch, etc. - I just made sure I packed all protein based foods and I will eat throughout the day.
Today I packed:
eggs
tuna salad
cheese stick
hummus
greek yogurt
Whatever is left will be packed for tomorrow (or maybe dinner).
I ordered a new lunch bag with portion control containers. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but didn't. Hopefully today.
I'll have to come up with some new ideas to pack though... I'm not good with same things each day.

Today is my son's 8th birthday so we are taking him out for dinner tonight to his favorite local restaurant, so have adjusted my meals during the day to be lower fat so my macros all still workout at the end. My meals for the day:
B-overnight oats
s-1/2 portion of oats
L-thai shrimp salad with peanut dressing
s-1/2 portion of oats
D-Salmon sashimi with daikon radish
plan to do my usual 10k+ steps and have reliably been drinking 3 litres of water every day.

Good afternoon everyone
Feeling back on track again after a weekend away...lesson learnt and next time I travel I will pack all my own food, regardless of what I plan on doing.
Went for a 4K walk last night, the treadmill is great but if I'm being honest it's boring as heck!
Yesterday I used my new Instapot for the first time, cooked some chicken in broth with some Mrs Dash seasoning...I cooked 4 breasts as this would last me 4-6 days usually...well I had a couple of friends over, as it was my lunch time I weighed out 2 ounces and ate it...it was amazing!! I had my friends try a bite and before I knew it they were all gone. Lol I was impressed so I made a second batch for dinner and made extra so my daughter could have some as well. She loved it.
Today is meal prep day and so I've taken out a case of chicken and have decided to do up a batch of Mexican chicken, Asian chicken and just plain seasoned chicken so I can freeze them in 2 oz serving sizes.
In less then 2 hours I'll have at least a dozen meals that I won't have to think about!
My eats today are
b - SKYR yogurt
s - premier protein
l - tuna with low fat mayo and teaspoon of diced pickle
s - chicken jerky 1oz
d - 2oz Asian chicken with steamed veggies
s - protein pudding
Calories 550
Protein 90g
Carbs 26g
Fat 12g
Will walk another 4K tonight
Have a great day everyone
