Good morning everyone!  Hope you all had a good Monday!  Busy day today with 3 projects closing.  Will go to the gym after work, no running today, its a rest day.

Eats are a little high, but need the fuel for the work out.

B - 1 egg, 1 cheese, 2 ****tail sausages

S - 4 slices deli turkey

L - mini meatloaf, greek salad

S - premier protein

D - turkey filet with sautéed veg (my Trucker decided to make ribs last night instead of this)

Cal - 1102, carbs 41, protein 126

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

L - tuna with low fat mayo

S - 1/4 low fat cottage cheese

D - 2 oz chicken breast with steamed green veggies

Good morning. Rushed off to a training yesterday just to find out I was early. Not on-line all day. Back to training today. We went out to lunch yesterday and the only fast food place I could find was a greek one with souvlaki. I had this for dinner on Sunday, lunch yesterday and arrived home to find DH had made it for dinner. I will be having lunch out again today and not sure what I will have just not souvlaki!

Good morning :)

Lots of things going on today, but the big thing is that I'm teaching a mini workshop tonight. I love teaching, but I got talked into teaching something that isn't in my main subject area.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - egg sandwich

Snack - yogurt, pepperette

Dinner - no idea

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.
