great online protein ordering site
If you have a hard time finding isolate protein in stores in your area, go have a peek at www.fitshop.ca I went there twice to get powder as recommended by my friend but next time I'll be ordering online. I got the ISO 100 by Dymatize (http://www.fitshop.ca/dymatize-iso-100-protein-2-lbs.html) It's hydrolyzed isolate which means that it's even better absorbed by the body. The chocolate and vanilla flavours are really good; didn't try to other ones yet. I also got the Nectar isolate powder which gives you more of a juice (http://www.fitshop.ca/nectar-2lb-syntrax.html) to put a bit of variety. I got the crystal sky flavour and it tastes like the blue frizzies or blue raspberry slushy. I'll be getting the caribean cooler for the summer and mix it with crushed ice for a mok pina colada ;-). You get free shipping with orders of $49. I also got the chick pea pasta and PB2 powder that I have yet to try.
