I got rid of the toys from my main living room and put the kids toy boxes in their rooms (my aunt and uncle had nice wooden ones wirh their names engraved on them a couple years ago). Then did a ton of laundry, cleaned the laundry room up and cleaned my ensuite. Then went to my parents house so we could walk to my kids school to show my dad where to get my daughter Friday night. They are taking her Friday until about 9pm when we get back into town from my son's hockey tournament in St.Thomas.

Tell your hubby to pick you up some of the Light and Fit yogurts, they have so many flavours.  I buy the SKYR yogurt for the protein numbers, but I buy it plain and add my own flavouring.  Also I add chia, buckwheat, and hemp with chopped prunes to keep me regular.  You are too early out to add those, but great for later down the road if you have issues.

Sounds like you had a really nice day planned with the family.

Hi! How do you make your decaf protein coffee shake? I think it's something I'd like to try. Thanks!

Hi MC, welcome aboard.  There are a number of ways to make a decaf protein coffee that I have found (others may have different ways).  You can make a slurry of water and protein powder (the flavour of your choice like salted caramel) then slowly add brewed decaf coffee.  I have a Keurig so it works well, stirring as it is added.  Another way is to make a protein shake, add decaf coffee crystals and then microwave on low.  If you let whey protein boil it will curdle.  Also, you can buy a RDT protein vanilla shake and add decaf coffee crystals, and drink over ice or microwave.  I also buy decaf coffee protein shake powder that can be made hot or cold (Celebrate decaf, Click decaf latte, Nashua Nutrition has decaf latte and hot chocolate in lots of flavours.  I swim in the mornings and don't like to exercise on a full stomach, so this is a way for me to start the day with protein and get  my coffee fix.

Hope this helps.  Looking forward to reading more of your posts.
