What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)

Good morning lovely menu peep.  I am back from 2 weeks in the sunny south.  Loved the weather, and especially swimming outside.  I also ate a ****load of Greek Yogurt.  They have so many wonderful flavours, I was like a kid in a candy store.  Did some fantastic workout classes ( 1 day I did 5 classes.  Who is this person?)

This morning I'm doing Zumba, then yoga.  I also have to do some grocery shopping, but then chilling, unpacking and doing laundry will fill in the rest of the day.

2.5 years post-op.  The eats today are:

Celebrate decaf protein coffee

Scrambled eggs with hot and sweet peppers.

Salad with cucumber, tomato, and salmon on top.

Greek yogurt with all the fixin's.

Have a great day all of you.  I missed you.

Good morning :)

So, our major bathroom reno isn't finished and somehow we have ended up starting to reno our powder room. Last night my SO decided to fix the drain... This led to taking the whole sink (pedestal) off the wall, damaging the paint, breaking the water valves, and eventually making us decide to just replace it with what we wanted. It's almond coloured which is a pain, so we are going to get a white sink and vanity today. However, since this was unplanned we didn't have any caps for the water or waste line, and now our whole house is shut off. Also, when he took the sink off we found old wallpaper behind it which I'm going to have to remove before we install the new sink. So I will basically be spending the day in the bathroom ;)

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - probably some kind of sandwich (went shopping in the states and got more thin buns)

Snack - pepperette, yogurt

Dinner - TBD (something that doesn't require water)

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Well I'm sure you SO is feeling guilty, but let that work in your favour for a fantastic new powder room.  You have to love them for trying to fix things.  I once got all new kitchen appliances because of a faux pas.  Might be a good idea to pick up some 4 litre bottles of water, ;).

Don't worry, he doesn't feel guilty ;) he knew I didn't care about it at all. It just wasn't the best timing lol. I would love to know how you got all new appliances though!

And thankfully we have an R/O system. We have a small tank of water and some bottles in the basement.

Hi CC Glad you had a good vacation. You came back to some nice weather. Off to church this morning then out with the dog. Not sure where to walk with him. The Beach is being over run with people who have come to see the art structures.

Dh has been replacing the floor in our bathroom. I am hoping he finishes it today. It would be good to get it back together. I have to laugh because we bought a new can opener yesterday and he wants to have soup for lunch so he can try it.

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

l sl deli turkey, sl cheese, pickle, sf pudding

d meatloaf, salad, veg?

s laughing cow and crackers

Your DH is funny, I almost spit out my coffee.  From what I've read on yesterday's thread, your dog is no lover of art installations.  Or, maybe he's marking his territory with them.

We must be neighbors!  I was down there yesterday with my dog.   I just love being able to take her off leash below the snow fence.  Good way to get my steps in.

Boston terrier.  We're further east around the corner from Eds.  We'll usually go down balsam and then walk west to the large dog park.

Hogan is a black lab mix. He is large for a lab and very has become very slow. He is 91/2 and a bit over weight. He is able to find any food people drop on the beach. We buy expensive food and try to keep him on a diet but he always seems to be able to find food.

We also go to that dog park. Perhaps sometime we will meet
