Hey everyone.
Just wanted to ask about juice. I'm 15 days postop.
I've had half apple juice/half water since the hospital. Are any other juices okay??

I was looking at Tang (orange) at Walmart...0 Cals etc. It's flavor drops.

You are allowed to have any no-calories water flavour you would like. So if you want to add those calorie free tang drops to your water, go for it!

I sometimes have the Diet Cranberry juice. It has some artificial sweetener in it and only 10 calories per 250ml serving. I still dilute it, though, 1/3 cup juice and 2/3 cup water. I like the water enhancers, but find the ones that are not made with stevia have an aftertaste. The PC ones and the Skinny Girl ones are made with stevia and taste better to me.
