Regret and Anxiety Post-Op

I have a panic disorder as well. My hubby bought me a "muse". I ha rny used it yet but it is suppose to guide you to relaxation. That is one of my fears. That I will have a panic attack the day of surgery or wake up with a cluster of them. So glad you reached out and we're able to be honest. It is appreciated and helpful. Keep on posting and keep reaching out for support.

I'm just at the beginning of the journey so I can't speak to that, but I do have anxiety and depression. I found a really good app called Calm. It helps with some guided meditation, mindful breathing. You can set your time and background music/sounds. It's really helpful.

Hormones are stored in the fat we carry around. You are also having a hormone dump. What you are going through is very common. Unfortunately is is made worse by your anxiety. You have been given some good advise. Try to hold on for a bit it will get better
