I felt the exact same way, and now can hardly believe it's been 2 weeks already since my surgery.

You'll do great, and next time you post you'll be on the loser's bench!

Don't forget to sip, walk, and toot :-).

Seems like such a long and short journey at times, and for you its just about here!! I'm four weeks away from my surgery date, and so far not nervous, just like you thinking, its happening, its getting closer, I can't believe it.
