Follow up appointment post surgery

I had to go to TWH anyway for a post-op nutrition class and the checkup with the NP was the same time so I just canceled my surgeon appointment at Guelph. :) 

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!
