Dr Bhojani just came out and said everything went well. She is in recovery right now. I know she has been bragging about me and my progress. Believe me when I say I couldn't have done it without her. She is the strongest and smartest person I know. My rock, my love.

Thanks Michelle!!  Has groggy most of yesterday but more up and about O'Day....gas pains are there and although burping no tooting but the surgeon said it will happen later today as it was too early when he was in this morning...tolerating broth...tea...jello just fine.

Thanks Leeann!!  Well like Doug said it was a success.   I was groggy most of yesterday....I have been undergoing and about today....gas pain is there and I was told I would likely start tooting this afternoon.  The pain is manageable with the pain killers....the nurses are awesome here as was the surgical team.  I am tolerating decaf tea...jello ...broth and diluted juice well.  Since I was out of it most of the day they gave me extra Iv as my blood work showed I was slightly dehydrated..but drinking way more today.  Anything else u want to know just ask....surgery is closer to 3 hours Dr Bhojani said before I went in and he did come out and talk to my family.

Thanks Linda...sorry for the delay...I was tuckered out after a while yesterday..the team here is awesome.  I am here one more night as my blood level was down a bit today....but nothing else alarmed him....he said I look great...all other indicators are normal but he want to just be cautious.   Gas pain al almost gone and I feel better that way.
