What are you eating/doing Tuesday?
I worked today. Training stuff so I stared at a computer for hours.
B- premier protein
L- half of a turkey deli slice with a bit of cheese. Wish I could have eaten the whole slice but I was full.
D- cream of potato soup
S - hopefully a laughing cow and a Melba toast.
