Hi everyone.

Wanted to share my thoughts on how things change (The good & bad). People like to compare journeys with other people which isn't great to do. Comparing your journey will only make u upset especially when some people can't eat or refuse to indulge in certain things.

I lost alot of friendships, people act weird, I look out for ppl and there are people who are going threw this journey thinking they know everything and they get surgery and thats it they think its EASY.

It not as easy as some think... You have to not give in to negative people and. Bsd food choice.

No you have to put in the work. Eat clean drink water often and stay humble.

I struggle with water. STILL AT 3MONTHS POST OP and i think this is why i plateau but i am 12 pounds away from Onederland and I am very excited.

I gave up meat the day i did surgery and changed my habits completely.

I am a Pescatarian! The good of this journey if u do the right thing and are strong minded you will be successful. If your mind is on eating junk and you just came out of surgery YOU need to change your mindset.

I lost 79 pounds this far 3 months and 2 weeks post op RNY at TWH and seriously i stay positive as possible. I have no regrets.

How is everyone else doing. 3 months post a year post op or even 1 week tell me your journey.

Heres my b4 n after thus far. My IG is Mseva_wlsjourney

Follow me xo Hope everyone is awesome. God is amazing

Just curious if anyone plateau

I looked it up and I may be a Pescatarian and didn't know it. My current post op diet of puree foods suggest I am.
