What are you eating/doing (Sunday)
Lots of snow today. Would love to get out with the snow shoes finally but have to help at church today. We are having a book and bake sale after the service to support a local soup kitchen. I have already bought $10 worth of books yesterday when I dropped in to help.
I usually do not eat scrambled eggs but agreed to them this morning. Not a good idea. For some reason scrambled still upsets my stomach even 5 years out. Having trouble thinking about food when I feel ill from the eggs
b a couple of bites of scrambled egg, 2 sausages
l chili
d mango chicken, salad
Have a good day everyone
Good morning :)
I thought we were going to get more rain than snow last night, so I was surprised to see so much this morning. I guess we will be shoveling today.
Our only plans were to try and get things done around the house. A little catch up. We having been working on a website and in being cheap and trying to save money we have made more work for ourselves. I'm going to try and fix some of it today. With somethings it seems like the more you fix it the more it breaks.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, yogurt
Lunch - chicken sandwich
Snack - carrots and pb
Dinner - beef roast
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Yes no snow here. We are supposed to get maybe 2cm. This winter has been so strange. I'll take it though. I'm finding I can't get warm anymore after being outside or in an arena (which happens most days). I'll take it rather than being overweight. I'm sure it'll get worse as I lose more. I'm taking my son to watch his friends play in the finals of a tournament today. Then he has practice of his own. He wants to skip baseball warm ups which is OK since he has hockey practice late. I have to do groceries and laundry at some point.
Going back to liquids for a few days. Yesterday was super hard. Couldn't get anything to sit right and felt always stuck. Even my vitamins and pudding. It felt awful.
B- premier protein
L- some kind of soup
D - premier protein
S - maybe some yogurt.
