Good morning menu gang! Well I survived the trainer and don't actually feel too bad today. I know sometimes it takes a couple of days for the hurt to settle in! I will go to the gym tonight and likely just do cardio.
B - bacon/tomato lettuce boats with light mayo
S - greek yogurt
L - chicken with sautéed onions/peppers, sour cream and cheese
S - deli turkey
D - chicken cordon swiss
Total Cal 903, carbs 40, protein 90

Good morning :)
I was quite happy yesterday because they finished our shower and installed the toilet, so our bathroom is semi-functional now. No big plans today. Might go visit my grandma. She was sad that I wouldn't need to visit to borrow her shower anymore.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, yogurt
Lunch - steak, veg
Snack - carrots and pb
Dinner - pork roast?? We didn't cook it last night.
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.

ill let you know after 3 full days if I feel any different. I was down a lb today but that could just be a coincidence.
My lunch will be a married salad (half Greek half Caesar) with chicken
dinner is homemade chicken pot pie with a light crust and Greek salad. Didn't make that last night just sliced up a tomatoe instead.
Won 200 bucks in a Super Bowl pool so I was happy!

Good morning all. Work today then home. Meeting tonight. I think the freezing rain is going to miss Toronto or at least where I live. If it does become a mess I will be staying home.
Meeting at lunch today so no swimming. I really need to do more exercise!

Not a wonderful start to the day for me. My husband is in Barrie for work and had to stay overnight since he had to be there for 7am. I had the kids (7 and 4) and they were not listening, fighting and just being kids I guess. :) I also woke up coughing and with a stuffy nose. Hoping the day goes by fast! Been stalled at the same weight since Friday - boo. Oh well. I know it'll move soon. :)
