Sorry everyone the day is over - but i want to post anyway!

b - premier protein shake -i added instant espresso and it was good!

s-sf/ff yogurt and cottage cheese

l-sirloin steak and broccoli 

s-sf/ft yogurt and cottage cheese

d- caesar salad with grilled chicken

i cal 898 protein 111 carb 45
