Nothing fancy, just sliced dill pickles, but says chip on the jar so......

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

I'm meeting the surgeon today...I'm so nervous and excited i haven't eaten anything yet and I can't even THINK about eating!

I made a huge beef brisket in the slow cooker the other night...so I'll probably it from it 3 times today with broccoli.  That's all i have in the house!  Got to go do groceries!

You're doing awesome, sometime when i work my body hard at the gym it just holds the weight as some kind of panic.  But it doesn't last long you'll see i major drop soon.  It's like the fat cells panic and hold on before they let go and leave the body.  (I KNOW I SOUND CRAZY!)

And also...maybe it's Aunt "FLO" on her way?...

KEEP IT UP!  and yes, do tell us WHAT ARE PICKLE CHIPS??!?!?!
