I have not seen my surgeon since 5 minutes before I went under for the surgery. I saw the dietitian, nurse and phsyc. Labs great and they are happy. Me not so much. There scale told me I have some work to do

Good morning :)

The bathroom is getting it's door today. Once that is in they can tile the shower. I think it will seem more finished with a door.

I've also been doing some crafty things lately. I've been doing some photos and frames to hang on our walls. But I'm also trying my hand at beading -- my first attempt is a beaded sash for a dress. My artist friend helped me pick out some supplies. It is much more finicky than what I usually do.

Breakfast - yogurt, turkey sausage

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - Irish stew

Snack - pepperette, almonds

Dinner - Irish stew (it was a huge pot)

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Finicky work is great for keeping hands and minds away from snacking.  You've been on the Irish stew for a while now.  It's a good comfort food for cold weather.

I have been meaning to keep up with this! After working out and cutting calories I got rundown with a cold (happens every time)

Breakfast - protein shake

Lunch - Turkey meatloaf, spaghetti squash

Dinner - Tuna wrap

Snack - greek yogurt and wild blueberries, 2 hard boiled eggs

AM - Cardio (35 mins)

I am trying not to obsess over the scale - but when I started with my trainer on January 16th my weight was higher than at the Bariatric Clinic on December 30th. Yesterday she weighed me in and after 3 sessions - down 3lbs....going in the right direction.

That's wonderful FF2H, definitely the right directions.  I applaud you for getting your head in the game before surgery and making these changes now.  Your menu looks perfect.

I am trying so hard!

The first week was the hardest. It's getting better now though.
