Skinny I've had the tuna toppers before.  I got them on sale and had a coupon.  They're OK, and convenient, but there are better protein options out there with fewer carbs.  They use added sugar.  Your lunch looks good.

Just a suggestion. Do not increase your calories until you are happy at the weight you are at. A lot of us went a litle lower. There is often bounce back later.

Good morning Menu Peeps, I'm back from a glorious 7 days in sunny, hot Roatan.  We couldn't have had nicer weather!  Until yesterday, there was quite the rainstorm hit the island and that delayed our flight for about 3-1/2 hours.  It was a loooong day, and I'm super tired today.  But hey rain the day you have to go home makes going home that much easier!!

The food was okay, I'm sure I didn't hit my protein goals all week, so back at 'er today.  I didn't really over eat anything, just the protein choices were limited (and I'm fussy)!

Up for work today and then will hit the gym on the way.

Eats for today:

B - 4 oz meatloaf

S - 2 slices deli turkey with mustard

L - shepperds pie

S - 2 slices deli turkey

D - 100 gr pot roast

Totals - Cal 638, Carbs 22, Protein 95

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Welcome back Ginny, you were missed.  I need to get some warm sunshine. Worse things could happen than being delayed on a tropical island.  Even warm rainy weather is better than bone chilling cold weather.  Nice menu my dear.
