Congratulations, what a wonderful Valentine's Day gift for you!
Only 2 weeks of Opti; that will be over before you know it! Tomorrow is my last day of Opti and I can't believe how quickly 3 weeks flew by.
Make sure your optifast is icy cold and it should taste just fine. I liked the vanilla better than the chocolate, but the chocolate is good too.

wow - that is great Laura. I saw him this afternoon and I got a date for March 6th - 5 weeks from today. He was very nice. I was so nervous I forgot to ask him a few questions - do you know - how long has he been doing this; what is his own personal success record .... etc ... he told me about some risks like niking an organ, but I did not ask him how often that happened to him. I thought he had a good beside manner. You are going so quick - can't wait to hear how it goes for you
Leeann,
I didn't ask him his personal numbers but my hubby having surgery came up and he asked me who did his. I told him Dr Jackson..to which he replied...Tim is an awesome guy and trained me...and he is one of my closest friends today. That made me feel good. As for nicking an organ...I was told that when I had my tunes tied...so I wasn't too stressed.
I had major neck surgery that had a 5% chance of leaving me paralyzed...that had me so nerves...I am very relaxed with this one coming up as those risks were even a lower percent like 3% I believe.
Congrats on March 6th....at least you have more time to enjoy some yummy meals lol
So happy for you!!
